We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Office Administrator to join our Calgary office. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting the team, and coordinating with insurance partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to balance multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

Position Overview
As the Insurance Office Administrator, you will be the key point of contact for day-to-day office operations and insurance project coordination. You’ll support our sales team and project coordinators, manage office administration, and maintain communication between clients, contractors, and insurance companies. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
