Real Estate Reboot Coaching is a program designed to help real estate agents build sustainable businesses and lives they actually want to live. Our approach goes beyond sales tactics. We focus on systems, mindset, accountability, and long-term growth. We work closely with our members to implement practical tools and strategies that create consistency, freedom, and real results in their business and personal lives.
The Role:
A project manager who helps the client and their team implement all the systems necessary to fully scale their real estate business, following their specific plan.
What we need…
- Learn our systems and get equipped so you can help our clients implement their systems, measure their progress, and keep them accountable bi-weekly (30-minute meetings per session).
- Track each client's progress by updating their individual tracker.
- Write clear notes after each session so both the client, their strategy coach, and the team know exactly where they’re at at all times.
- Prepare short weekly reports for coaches, highlighting which clients need additional support
- Schedule all client meetings and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Send clients specific resources and action items after each meeting.
- Keep coaches and the team updated on the client's progress, roadblocks, and wins
- Attend monthly team meetings to align on client success and program improvements
- Be on call for client emergencies
- You will be the person overseeing and managing the client's build-out.

- Having strong communication skills and being able to be encouraging, supportive, but also direct when needed.
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite, CRMs, and quick to learn new platforms).
- Must be familiar with zoom and is comfortable with being on video.
- Previous experience in executive admin, coaching, and teaching is an asset, but not required if you are a fast learner.
- Must know how to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused.
- Has boundaries but is ok with random calls when needed.
- Must be fluent in English. Written and spoken.
- Likeable, has a great personality, and is self-aware

Hours: 25-30 hours a week with room to grow.
Wage: $28-32.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP, but will wait 2 weeks if you need to give notice if you’re the right fit.
Location: Remote work from home. Must have a reliable setup for video calls and communication.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
