Chena Swim Club is seeking Part Time Junior Group Coaches to join its dynamic
coaching staff and represent the club’s philosophy and core values. Chena Swim Club
is based in North Vancouver, BC, nestled in the North Shore mountains across the inlet
from downtown Vancouver.

emphasizing long-term athlete development, a person-first approach and developing
our athletes’ training and knowledge to strengthen character and discipline for success
in swimming and life.
Assistant Coach Job Description
Under the supervision and guidance from the Head Coach and the Lead Junior Coach,
the Junior Group Coach will support lead group coaches at practices and competition
and provide substitution where necessary. Coaches will support the program by
upholding the program values, creating and maintain a positive training environment,
and assisting the lead coaches with each practice or competition’s goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
