Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, training development, and data management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data collection and reporting.
- Support training development initiatives by organizing training sessions and tracking employee participation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance HR processes and improve employee engagement strategies.
- Utilize HR software such as PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Dayforce, or Workday for various HR functions including payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Dayforce, or Workday is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and HR sourcing strategies.
- Excellent data collection skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to develop training programs that meet organizational needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- North York, ON (M7A): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
