Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as they enter our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, assisting guests with inquiries and reservations.
- Assist in managing the waitlist during busy periods, ensuring guests are informed of wait times.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of guest services are met consistently.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to helping guests have a pleasant dining experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for food service and guest services is essential.

Pay: $17.85-$17.90 per hour
