Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as they enter our establishment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, restaurant services, and special events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems for managing reservations and tracking guest preferences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to team success.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$34.00 per hour
