Position: Front of House Duty Manager

As one of Burnaby’s favorite dining destinations, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Duty Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and smooth workflows.
- Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Manage staff schedules to optimize labor costs and coverage.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions and improve processes.
- Provide hands-on leadership during peak hours to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with all-you-can-eat dining concepts is an asset.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
