Working alongside the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Role-modeling warm, attentive hospitality for guests and team members
- Actively connecting with guests to ensure consistent satisfaction and memorable experiences
- Leading and implementing initiatives to grow sales and profitability
- Supporting the hiring process: interviewing, onboarding, and training across multiple roles
- Mentoring and developing Supervisors to build future leadership talent
- Overseeing all front-of-house areas to ensure daily operational success
- Support your team by running food, clearing tables, and maintaining smooth service flow
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ensure every guest leaves satisfied
- Uphold Moxies’ service standards and role-model positive, team-focused behaviours
