Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure efficient seating and service of guests
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic knowledge of food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of bartending and food preparation is a plus
