We are seeking reliable and motivated team members who are willing to be cross-trained in both kitchen and front-of-house duties. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment where multitasking, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities:
Kitchen Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to set recipes and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing workstations
- Handle closing tasks such as oil filtering, surface sanitization, and garbage disposal
- Support food prep including batter making and basic station setup
Front-of-House Duties:
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Pack orders and maintain cleanliness of the front area
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces as part of closing duties
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Must be willing to train and work in both kitchen and front roles
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Evening and weekend availability required
