Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and payments accurately.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organised front desk area, including managing phone calls and responding to emails with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest services.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
