We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team for a temporary position during a summer holiday. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle various clerical duties, manage phone systems, and ensure that client records are properly filed.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the law office.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring patient information is updated in the system.
- Operate office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a legal receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Strong clerical skills including typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to operate computerized systems efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 days
Pay: $15.41-$18.00 per hour
