The Fairfield by Marriott Vernon is looking for a highly organized candidate with excellent people skills for the position of Front Desk Agent. Front Desk Associates are responsible for providing front desk services to guests. The best Front Desk Agents will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
Administering check-ins and check-outs.
Providing front desk services to guests.
Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
Processing guest payments.
Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.
Accommodating general and unique requests.
Flexibility with schedule is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.85-$18.50 per hour

Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
