We are seeking experienced and professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
## Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
## Experience must have
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
