Danbar Distribution is looking for a highly independent, detail-oriented professional to join our fast-paced team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the company and take ownership of their role.
What You’ll Do:
· Order entry, invoicing, A/P & A/R
· Customer service support
· Month-end reporting, GST filings, bank reconciliations
· Financial & operational report creation
· General office administration
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (hands-on experience required)
· Bookkeeping or accounting background
· Organized, accurate, and able to multitask in a busy environment
· Independent problem solver with strong communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Background in clerical work or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
