We’re looking for a Financial Auditor III to join our dynamic team at the TJX Canada Home Office. In this impactful role, you’ll support the broader business by enhancing compliance across the control environment and helping to reduce the risk of material misstatements in our published financials. What You’ll Do:
- Leads risk analysis, control identification, and the development of audit programs tailored to a global retail environment
- Leads and executes complex audits across all functional groups, ensuring alignment with international standards and company policies while remaining efficient
- Provides leadership and guidance to audit team members through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Reviews audit working papers, reports, and presentations to ensure quality and accuracy prior to managerial review
About You:
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in Audit, Accounting, or Finance; experience from an audit firm is preferred
- Post secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent; has a CPA or CIA designation
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met. Skilled in estimating time requirements, managing task execution, and proactively communicating updates and potential risks to relevant stakeholders. Able to oversee team efforts and ensure alignment with project goals
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
