- Availability: Must be available Friday to Monday, long weekends, and night shifts.
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists effectively.
- Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even under pressure.
- Assist in other front-of-house duties as needed to support the team.
