Are you an experienced event professional with a flair for decor and leadership? We’re seeking a Team Lead to join our dynamic event design company, specializing in high-end corporate events and weddings.

Role Overview:
As our Event Design Team Lead, you’ll oversee a team on-site, ensuring timely and flawless setup of decor, draping, floral installations, and event furniture. You'll be the point person on-site ensuring the event set up goes off without a hitch. You will liaise with an onsite contact and ensure we meet Koncepts brand standards with a white glove service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead setup crews during event installations and breakdowns
- Oversee the execution of decor elements, including drapes, backdrops, centerpieces, and custom installations
- Manage time and resources efficiently to meet tight event timelines
- Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction
- Assist in training new team members on setup procedures and safety standards
- Handle on-site challenges with professionalism and problem-solving skill
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event decor setup, draping is a major PLUS!
- Prior leadership or team coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage teams under time pressure
- Willingness to work weekends, early mornings, or late nights as event schedules demand
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and climbing ladders
- Driver’s license preferred
