Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking, with a strong focus on digital marketing initiatives. The Marketer will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence and optimize our marketing efforts.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
- Manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are optimized for visibility and conversion.
- Utilize Google Ads and Facebook Advertising to create targeted ad campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to inform marketing decisions and improve user experience.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media channels.
- Design graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with branding strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of e-commerce principles.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools, including keyword research methodologies.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and analytics tools.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
