About the Role:
As a CBRE Digital & Tech Mgmt Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and
technology initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.
You will lead a team responsible for implementing and managing digital technologies, ensuring alignment
with business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance business growth and customer experience
Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues within digital systems
and processes
Lead the team to achieve high-quality outcomes, improving efficiency and effectiveness within the
department
Exchange and explain complex information, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive
issues with professionalism
Influence stakeholders with shared interests to reach agreements and drive successful outcomes
Maintain relationships with technology vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal value for the
business
Assist in the development and management of departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with business
objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital technology initiatives
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement
Stay informed about emerging digital technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains
competitive and innovative
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital management, technology, or
a related field. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
Proven experience in digital strategy, project management, and team leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey performance expectations
and handle sensitive issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with digital technologies such as cloud
computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity
Ability to apply knowledge of own discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve team and
departmental objectives
Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset, with a focus on improving efficiency and
effectiveness
Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management is preferred
Ability to manage and lead a team, driving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within the department
