Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-time Tearista. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers while expertly preparing and serving a variety of tea beverages. Your passion for tea and commitment to customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our guests. This role requires open availability.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a diverse selection of tea beverages, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering any questions about the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea preparation area and dining space.
- Educate customers on different types of teas, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles to enhance their experience.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, techniques, and company policies.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A genuine passion for tea and knowledge of various types of teas is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
