As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing that mission to life online, building campaigns, creating engaging content, and driving meaningful customer connections across our retail banners.
This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on creativity backed by data, loves experimenting with digital trends, and is ready to make a measurable impact on eCommerce growth.
- Lead the research, planning, and execution of social media strategies and campaigns across Sporting Life, Golf Town, and Team Town Sports.
- Own the promotional calendar and shape content with a balance of creativity and strategy.
- Manage multiple Google Ads accounts with unique campaign goals, optimising for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Create, manage, and optimise campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DoubleClick Bid Manager, and DCM.
- Monitor trends and bring innovative social-first ideas to drive engagement and customer acquisition.
- Partner with marketing and studio teams to develop engaging, on-brand content.
- Conduct ongoing campaign optimisation and post-launch analysis to maximise performance.
- Track KPIs and analytics, sharing actionable insights to guide business decisions.
- Leverage your knowledge of shopping campaigns and product feed optimisation to elevate eCommerce results.
- Document best practices, run A/B tests, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our digital strategy.
- Proven hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads (required).
- Track record of managing and growing social media channels for a brand.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and emerging reporting tools.
- Creative eye for design and a strong sense of brand identity.
- Ability to write compelling, brand-aligned copy for digital campaigns.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Background in eCommerce and retail is a strong asset.
