Our general practice is looking for an experienced, responsible and motivated Dental Office Administrator to join our team.

Skillset:
- Minimum 2 years of Canadian Dental Office experience is Mandatory
- Knowledge of Tracker Software is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently & as a team
Expected hours: 30-40 hours
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients to the practice and mange the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Scheduling patients - Responsible for keeping the schedule full and productive
- Handle patient inquiries via phone systems and in-person, providing accurate information regarding services and procedures.
- Communicate with Dental insurance providers to get the Insurance Coverage Breakdown
- Verify, collect & enter payments as needed.
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, filing, and faxing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour dependent on experience
