Job Summary
We are a trailer servise businnes and we sell and install hitches and wireing harines and sell and serives light recreation trailers. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Counter Person to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills
Duties
- Greet customers and assist them with inquiries at the front counter.
- Answer calls and return emails as needed.
- manage accounts payable and receivables
- Maintain accurate records through filing and bookkeeping practices.
- Handle customer financing.
- Handle vendor management responsibilities, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
- Fill part orders as required
- Employee must be flexible with duties as would be expected with a small local business.
Requirements
- Strong front desk, clerical, and administrative experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and employees.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
