We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both dental and medical office environments. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly, providing high-quality patient care while managing staff and resources effectively.
Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Supervise and support clinic staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
- Oversee patient scheduling, billing processes, and electronic medical records management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement budgeting strategies to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs while maintaining quality care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of clinic performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Handle human resources functions including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and best practices in both dental and acute care settings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Rehab clinic setting is essential;
- Familiarity with Antibex software is MUST.
- Familiarity with various claim submission such as online, paper, WSIB and MVA is MUST.
- Previous supervisory experience is required to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Background in Physiotherapy care will be considered an asset.
