Client Care Administrator (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Location: MOCEAN Physiotherapy – Corner Brook, NL
MOCEAN Physiotherapy is hiring Client Care Administrators to join our dynamic, wellness Clinic team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Key Duties:
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and care
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Handle phone calls, emails, and payments
- Support the team with day-to-day clinic operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, reliable, and organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with multitasking and using technology
- Previous admin, reception, or clinic experience is an asset
Bonus if you:
- Are a Kinesiologist, Physiotherapy Assistant, or have worked in a wellness clinic
- Can teach fitness classes or support movement-based programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
