As a Centre Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building our community, supporting families, and leading the day to day operations that help students thrive.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Experience & Retention
Serve as the primary relationship builder with families, ensuring warm welcomes, clear communication, and a premium client experience Conduct enrollment meetings, consultations, and progress check ins with parents Track student success stories and use this data to support renewals and program adjustments Proactively manage retention efforts, ensuring high client satisfaction and ongoing engagement
2. Business Development & Community Outreach
Identify and follow up with new leads via phone, email, and in person outreach Develop partnerships with local schools, parent councils, and businesses Represent Scholars at community events and identify opportunities for local visibility Execute growth campaigns (e.g., email campaigns, referral drives, school visits)
3. Centre Operations & Organization
Coordinate student tutor scheduling to ensure optimal learning and tutor coverage Manage enrollment paperwork, billing accuracy, and maintain up to date student records Ensure the centre is organized, welcoming, and fully resourced Oversee inventory and supplies, and liaise with head office as needed
4. Team Support & Training
Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching tutors to ensure quality instruction and alignment with Scholars standards Foster a collaborative and energetic teaching environment Step into sessions as needed to ensure continuity and coverage
Who You Are
A natural communicator who thrives on building relationships and delivering great service Highly organized and skilled at managing people, schedules, and processes Experienced in customer service, education, team leadership, or business development Comfortable with sales conversations and communicating value without pressure Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems (e.g., scheduling tools, spreadsheets, CRM platforms) Fluent in French is a strong asset, but not required
