Job Title: Prep Cook (tip pool with this position around $4-5 per hour)
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Assist in the preparation of food items for our buffet, as well as setting it up, replenish items during service, and taking it down.
- Follow recipes to ensure consistency and quality
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
- Prepare sauces, dressings, and marinades
- Cook and prepare various food items
- Follow food safety regulations
- Wash pots, pans and dishes, clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
