We are a educational institution looking to grow our team. Minimum 2 years experience working on Quick books and payroll.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Full cycle bookkeeping
> Maintain vendor records and files
> Performing reconciliations of accounts bank accounts, AP, AR
> Inter-company transactions
> Balance sheet, income statements,
> Trial Balance
> Year-end processing for CA
> Prepare month-end close entries and provide analysis of monthly operating variances and account analysis
> Bi-weekly payroll
> Providing management with accurate and timely financial information
> Filing and data entry
> Complete other tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel-mandatory)
- Experience using QuickBooks desktop version(in Canada)
- Administrative and filing systems management
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in all aspects of bookkeeping
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
