Northstar Ford Auto Group is looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our busy service department in Northwest Calgary!

In this position you will perform a front-line customer service role within our service department. This will include booking vehicles into the shop, checking customers in and out, providing timely updates to customers and making outbound sales calls to generate business for the department as well as other administrative duties.
In addition, we have an excellent benefit package including Health, Dental and a Pension plan.
You must also have the following qualifications;
- At least 1 year experience in a fast paced, front facing customer service role.
- Automotive Industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Sales experience in any type of industry preferred.
- Able to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively with other members of the team
- Ability to embrace new technologies and possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have excellent communications and organizational skills
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday rotational shifts between 7 am to 6pm
