Appointment Coordinator (Go Richmond Chrysler)
Go Richmond Chrysler is looking to hire an experienced Appointment Coordinator o join our team.

What You'll Do
- Efficiently schedule appointments, confirmations, and updates with a touch of knowledge and flair.
- Check for outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options.
- Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard.
- Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department, making sure everything is in place for a seamless service experience.
- Collect and process payments, following dealership guidelines with precision.
What you’ll bring:
- Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Tech-savvy
- Experience in CDK/Dealership is considered an asset.
