Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced appointment coordinator. The role of an Appointment Coordinator is one that is vital to the dealerships Service Department growth.
As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking customers in for service appointments, the means of communication will be; incoming phone calls, outgoing phone calls, e-mail correspondence as well as face to face interaction.
The successful candidate will have the skills necessary to advise customer of recommended services and provide the details of the services that are being completed.
Job Type / Category
This is a full-time position, in the automotive industry. This position can lead to growth within the
company. The hours are set monthly but do range with the earliest shift 7 am to 4 pm and the latest
shift 9 am to 6 pm. Saturdays are required - (every second Saturday) Closed Sundays.

Highschool Diploma

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
