Title: Personal Lifestyle & Household Coordinator

Reports To: CEO & Executive Assistant


Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional to serve as the Personal Lifestyle & Household Coordinator for CEO. This role encompasses personal health and wellness coordination, household and lifestyle management, social planning, and oversight of household and asset operations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, meticulous, and thrives in dynamic, high-demand environments who will ensure an exceptional standard of care, organization, and foresight.


Key Responsibilities


  • Health & Wellness Support
  • Manage medical appointments, prescriptions, and communication with healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate fitness, nutrition, and wellness programs aligned with CEO’s goals
  • Maintain confidential health records and schedules
  • Household & Property Oversight
  • Supervise ongoing property maintenance, renovations, and upgrades
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service professionals
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day functionality across multiple residences
  • Personal Procurement & Lifestyle Management
  • Source and manage purchases of personal goods, gifts, and essentials
  • Coordinate wardrobe management, seasonal rotations, returns, and sales of items
  • Social & Event Planning
  • Organize and manage private and professional events, dinners, travel, and social gatherings
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, logistics, and venue coordination
  • Create memorable experiences that align with the CEO’s preferences
  • Hobbies & Leisure Coordination
  • Support the planning and organization of the CEO’s hobbies, and memberships
  • Identify and schedule enriching cultural, wellness, recreational activities, and travel
  • Vehicle & Asset Oversight
  • Manage CEO’s personal and household vehicles
  • Schedule regular maintenance, insurance, registration, and detailing
  • Keep documentation organized and up-to-date
  • Budget & Expense Oversight
  • Track and reconcile expenses across personal, household, and lifestyle domains
  • Develop budgets for events, purchases, maintenance, and travel
  • Coordinate reporting and expense summaries with financial team

Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 5 years in a high-level personal assistant, estate manager, or lifestyle coordinator role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • Flexible availability including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Tech-savvy with scheduling tools, lifestyle management apps
