Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Purpose: Supervise front-of-house operations with a hands-on approach that ensures excellence in every guest interaction.
- Inspire Your Team: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a cohesive, high-performing team driven by hospitality excellence.
- Elevate Guest Experiences: Uphold our gold standard of service by ensuring every guest leaves feeling cared for, heard, and delighted.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with back-of-house and management teams to maintain consistency, quality, and flow.
- Maintain a Pristine Environment: Ensure the restaurant meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, in full compliance with public health guidelines.
- Grow the Business: Contribute to revenue goals through team engagement, upselling techniques, and strategic service enhancements.

What You Bring to the Table
- Leadership Experience: Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
