Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their interest in our products or services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Utilize negotiation skills to engage prospects and encourage appointment setting.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the appointment generation process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology sales to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful appointment setting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to understand technical products and services for effective sales conversations.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in marketing or business development is an advantage.
