Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, coachable, and results-driven Full-Time Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be responsible for:
- Calling inbound leads generated from our own ads and setting appointments for our internal sales team.
- Calling leads generated for our clients and booking appointments directly onto their calendars with licensed financial advisors.
- Following a proven call framework to identify needs, confirm interest, and ensure quality appointments.
- Managing follow-ups, reschedules, and calendar coordination.
Appointment Setting Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new leads within minutes of receiving them.
- Use a scripted discovery process to qualify leads and confirm fit.
- Book appointments directly into the correct advisor’s calendar.
- Track all activity in our CRM accurately and in real-time.
- Maintain daily and weekly call/appointment metrics.
Qualifications
- Previous appointment setting, inside sales, or call center experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfort using CRM systems and call software.
- High level of professionalism and ability to follow a proven process.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
