Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our travel agency’s daily operations. You will be the backbone of our administrative workflow and provide exceptional support to both our internal team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answering phone calls in a professional manner
-Assisting travel agents with itinerary planning and client files
-Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
-Handling basic accounting tasks
-Providing general administrative support as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
-Previous experience in administrative or office support role (experience in travel industry is a plus)
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type & Hours:
-Permanent Part time; possibly working into full time
-Monday to Friday and some Saturdays
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
