The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, with a focus on generating reports and managing data in Excel. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various systems and tools to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull and compile reports from internal systems for various departments.
- Use Microsoft Excel extensively for data entry, organization, and analysis.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, charts, and pivot tables to support decision-making.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and file management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in both digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information for reports and projects.
- Track and follow up on pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
