Allied PFF/ Trilad Flanges & Fittings Canada is looking for an energetic, positive individual to assist our sales department. This position is a full-time, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM. This is an entry-level position within our sales team with room for advancement. The successful candidate must be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. Trilad Flanges & Fittings is part of the Allied Group. The Allied group is a worldwide leader in the manufacturing and distribution of critical application fittings, flanges, valves, pipe, and related products.
Duties:
- After sales paperwork and order processing
- Expediting
- Customer order entry
- Ensure orders are processed correctly in a timely manner
- Communication with operations and sales staff
- Handle paperwork needs. EI filing, scanning, etc.
- Data entry

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary of any type is an asset
- Flanges and fittings knowledge is an asset
- Experience using Microsoft Office is beneficial (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Starting wage based on experience.
Hours: M-F, 8AM-5PM
