Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in a dental or medical office environment is highly desirable.
Duties
- Track daily operations, invoicing , warranty registration, warranty claims
- knowledge of Quick books an asset
- Provide clerical support by maintaining organized files, handling correspondence, and managing schedules.
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems to manage data entry and documentation efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
