Adjoint administratif en immobilier
SR Services est à la recherche d'un adjoint administratif motivé et organisé pour faciliter les tâches quotidiennes d'un agent immobilier. Nous recherchons un candidat bilingue (français et anglais) ayant l'esprit d'équipe, qui sait trouver des solutions aux problèmes et qui aime le service à la clientèle. Cette opportunité est ouverte aux candidats situés à Montréal.
Responsabilités :
- Prendre des rendez-vous/visites et ajouter les confirmations à l'agenda
- Traiter les demandes de renseignements provenant de clients potentiels
- Participer à la rédaction des annonces et promesse d'achat
- Organisation du calendrier hebdomadaire afin d'être plus efficace
- Maximiser l'utilisation du CRM en saisissant les informations de clients, et utiliser le logiciel pour mieux servir les clients.
- Création de contenu/annonces/promotion sur les médias sociaux
Qualifications :
- Le bilinguisme français et anglais est essentiel (à l'oral et à l'écrit)
- Expérience dans le secteur de l'immobilier est un atout
- Détenir une licence en courtage immobilier est un atout
- Expérience avec les CRM est un atout
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en vente interne/télévente est un atout
- Connaissance pratique de Google GSuite, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, DocuSign et des réseaux sociaux.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Gérer et coordonner plusieurs projets avec la capacité de s'adapter facilement aux changements.
- Attitude positive, forte éthique de travail, esprit d'équipe, esprit d'initiative et capacité à travailler sous pression.

Administrative Assistant in Real Estate
SR Services is looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to help facilitate the everyday duties of a real estate agent. Looking for a bilingual (French and English) candidate that is a team player, a problem solver and enjoys customer service. This opportunity is open to candidates located in Montreal.
Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments/showings and adding confirmations to calendar
- Handling inquiries from potential prospects
- Assisting with drafting listings/offers/preparing amendments/waivers
- Organizing weekly schedule to be more efficient
- Maximizing the usage of the CRM inputting all clients information, utilizing the software to better serve the clients
- Creating social media content/ads/promotion
Qualifications:
- Bilingualism French and English is a must (spoken and written)
- Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
- A real estate license is an asset
- CRM experience is an asset
- 1-2 years of inside sales/telesales preferred
- Working knowledge of Google GSuite, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, DocuSign, Social Media
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Managing and coordinating multiple projects with ability to easily adapt to changes
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, team player, self-starter and ability to perform well under pressure
