Administrative Assistant in Real Estate
SR Services is looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to help facilitate the everyday duties of a real estate agent. Looking for a bilingual (French and English) candidate that is a team player, a problem solver and enjoys customer service. This opportunity is open to candidates located in Montreal.
Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments/showings and adding confirmations to calendar
- Handling inquiries from potential prospects
- Assisting with drafting listings/offers/preparing amendments/waivers
- Organizing weekly schedule to be more efficient
- Maximizing the usage of the CRM inputting all clients information, utilizing the software to better serve the clients
- Creating social media content/ads/promotion
Qualifications:
- Bilingualism French and English is a must (spoken and written)
- Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
- A real estate license is an asset
- CRM experience is an asset
- 1-2 years of inside sales/telesales preferred
- Working knowledge of Google GSuite, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, DocuSign, Social Media
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Managing and coordinating multiple projects with ability to easily adapt to changes
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, team player, self-starter and ability to perform well under pressure
