Do you love paid customer invoices, perfectly balanced spreadsheets and clean ledgers? We're looking for a reliable and motivated Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable All-Star to join our growing team!
What you’ll be doing:
· Owning Accounts Receivable (and chasing down payments with style)
· Tackling Accounts Payable like a pro
· Getting your hands dirty with Month-End Accounting – journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting that makes our CFO smile
· Having a strong relationship with Excel (it’s complicated... we get it)
· Provide general administrative support keeping our records accurate and up-to-date and our team running smoothly
· Bonus points if you’ve worked with Quickbooks and speak Italian
· Ideal candidate will grow with the company, celebrate at least five birthdays here, and eventually be that wise person everyone asks, “Hey, how do we do this again?”
