DUTIES
Reporting to the Finance Administrator, the Accounting Clerk will be responsible for inputting data into the subsidiary ledgers and general
ledger, preparing journal entries, various month-end processing duties and bank reconciliations. The Accounting Clerk will perform duties
relating to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and will be proficient within multi-areas in the Finance Department to provide support
and backfill positions as required due to staff shortages and the ERP implementation. The incumbent will work with all the Finance staff and
management to help ensure effective and efficient operations within the department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Business Administration Diploma; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered,
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), as well as Adobe and Zoom
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi task to meet deadlines in a busy office environment
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

ASSETS
• Experience working with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Experience in Jenzabar accounting software and/or other database programs
