We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk who can support the accounting functions of the Dealership. We provide training, opportunities, resources and support your need to grow and develop your career.
If you have previous Dealership experience working in the Accounting department, able to work both independently and in a team environment, eager to learn and grow with our Group we would welcome the opportunity to further discuss the position with you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform general accounting functions (A/R, A/P, deposit, cheques, etc.)
· Process deals and reconcile schedules pertaining to deals
· Reconcile credit card statements and other accounts
· Assist in closing month adhering to deadlines
· Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years previous accounting experience
· Hands-on knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK
· Accounting Diploma
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Strong team work and multitasking skills
· Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment with ability to meet deadlines
