We are looking for a QA Analyst with solid Workday testing experience to join a retail technology team. The role focuses on manual testing of HCM, Recruiting, or Financial modules within Workday.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases for Workday modules (HCM, Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, etc.)
- Participate in system testing, regression testing, and data validations
- Coordinate with HRIS teams and Workday consultants for test coverage
- Document and report test results, support UAT
Nice to Have
- Retail domain knowledge
- Understanding of Workday integration testing
- Familiarity with downstream systems like SAP, ADP, or WMS
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Experience:
- Workday HCM Module Testing: 5 years (required)
- Manual Testing: 8 years (required)
