Key Responsibilities:
- Handle specialized window production and support plant projects as required
- Assist with machine setups, minor adjustments, and material movement
- Read and apply instructions from blueprints and technical drawings
- Safely operate various hand tools and power tools
- Work independently on assigned duties or assist other departments when needed
- Always follow company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Physically capable of working in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptable mindset
- Engineering training or background is an asset
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take on diverse tasks
