Job Overview
We’re looking for a skilled, professional window cleaning technician who’s ready to take on jobs independently and represent our company with confidence and care. This role is for someone who already knows the ins and outs of residential window cleaning, has their own vehicle, and can be trusted to handle clients, job sites, and other team members without constant supervision.
You should be comfortable with all types of windows—cranks, sliders, guillotines, and more—and know how to clean not just the glass but also the tracks, frames, and screens. putting windows back on the tracks , especially sliders, should be second nature. squeege, mop, ladders and attention to detail is a regular part of the job, so experience with that is key.
Ideally, you’ll have your own equipment, but we may provide what you need. What matters most is that you can walk into a job and get it done properly, safely, and professionally, with the experience to solve problems on the spot and make customers feel taken care of.
If you’ve been doing this for a while and are ready to step into a lead tech role, we want to hear from you.
