Airbnb Cottage Cleaner – La Co-Host Inc.
La Co-Host Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to join our team at La Casa Resort in Fintry. We manage a busy schedule with multiple cottages, operating 7 days a week year-round. If you take pride in creating spotless, welcoming spaces for guests, we’d love to have you on our team!
What We Offer:
- Consistent hours year-round: 4–24+ hours weekly during winter months (with potential for more in peak season).
- Competitive pay: $25–$30/hour (rate depends on whether you provide your own supplies).
- Flexible scheduling within the 10am–4pm cleaning window, available 7 days a week.
- Contractors may also apply – percentage-based pay structure available for those who wish to bring their own crew/supplies.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between cottages.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Previous cleaning experience (Airbnb/short-term rental experience an asset, but not required).
Responsibilities:
- Perform full turnover cleans between guest stays, ensuring each cottage is spotless and guest-ready.
- Wash, dry, and restock linens and towels (onsite/offsite as required).
- Restock essentials and report low inventory.
- Check for damages or maintenance needs and communicate promptly.
- Maintain high cleaning standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
