Gutter Foreman – New Division Launch
We’re starting a new gutter division and need a proven foreman to take the lead. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a well established and growing roofing company that puts its people first.
Responsibilities
- Install and lead seamless gutter projects
- Measure, order, and ensure quality installs
- Problem solve on site and keep jobs moving
- Assist with estimates and material takeoffs
- Train and guide crew as the division grows
Requirements
- Strong gutter installation experience
- Ability to measure accurately and troubleshoot
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Leadership skills and a focus on quality
- Estimating knowledge is an asset (we’ll train the right person)
- Must complete a skills/aptitude assessment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
